How to repair TPU bumper balls ?
1 , Prepare a cup of suds and a brush ,
2 , Using the brush put the suds on the bubble ball to find out where there will be a bubble , then
there can be have a hole ,
3 , Using a cloth to clean and dry the place where have the hole , then use the banana oil to make
there rough , also need use the banana oil to make surface of the repair kit rough ,
4 , After about 2 minutes , put the glue around the hole and on the repair kit ,
5 , After about 5 – 10 minutes , put the repair kit on the bubble soccer where have the hole , then
use hair dryer to heat and put pressure on the repair kit .
Instruction for strap replacement :
Step 1 :
Put a very small amount of the oil onto the spot of the bubble football , where the new strap will be
attached to . Do the same to the new strap, which you want to glue together with the bubble
soccer . Use a cloth or a brush for this procedure .
Step 2 :
Wait until the oil on the bumper ball and the strap is dry .
Step 3 :
Take the glue and put it on the same spots where you put the oil in Step 1 ; meaning on the new
strap and on the bubble soccer .
Step 4 :
Wait a few moments until the glue gets dry enough that you can touch it .
Step 5 :
Now that the glue is dry on both the bubble football and the new strap, take the strap and press it
onto your bubble ball and use something to push it very firmly onto the bubble . As you do so take
a blow dryer or similar to heat the material, which you are glueing together .
